Here it is, the song (or remix actually) that started it all. "Moomba" is a track made by Silvio Ecomo & Chuckie which was made famous by Afrojack's remix of it. Although, Dave Nada had a different approach to the song. He took Afrojack's remix and slowed it down to 108 bpm, making it sound like a reggae-ton song. By mixing electronic beats with a reggae-ton rythem, Dave Nada had created the lastest and hotest new genre, Moombahton. So many popular artists such as Diplo, Skrillex, Dillon Francis, Porter Robinson, and many more have been really interested in this movement, releasing many new songs with this genre. Moombahton is also actually one of my favorite new genres and I will definitely be posting more of these songs. Turn up the bass and enjoy!
